Smoothies

Smoothies are my favourite thing to drink at the moment. They're literally so yummy and you can put whatever you have in the fridge in them. This ones my favourite one at the moment and I thought I'd share that with with you. 

First I added 2 bananas, two handfuls of raspberries, ice and milk 

I then added in two huge spoonfuls of ice cream 

I then whisk it. I tend to find it better if you wisk for 30 seconds and then stop to let all the big lumps fall to the bottom and then start whisking again. This way you'll make sure there's no big lumps in the mixture at the end. 

And then serve. 

There's many more things you can put into your smoothies like, mango, kale, spinach, strawberries, apples etc (wouldn't recommend them all at once). It's one of those things that if you have milk, ice and a bit of fruit makes the perfect cold drink for the summer and I'm thoughly enjoying them at the moment.

A long time coming.

Blogger. I'm back. I drifted away for a while but I think I'm back. It's my birthday on Saturday and I truly believe when it's your birthday you are to spend the whole weekend having your birthday. A birthday weekend.  I'm really excited. Friday im having my family over and my boyfriend for brownies and presents and then on Saturday (my actual birthday) I'm going to London to a fast food chain called "five guys" and then shopping in convent garden. Then after London I'm going to my best friends house for dominos, Malibu and come and movies. And then on the Sunday I'm having a massive family BBQ as it's farthers day too. 

I'm a huge planner when it comes to my birthday. I plan everything from what I'm wearing to what we are doing, to the cake and ballons. It's an obsession. 

I hope that you are all well. I'm hoping to actually get some outfit posts of my birthday presents in the near future as I've left school now so I have a lot of free time

Holiday

This was the beautiful holiday I left while everyone stayed due to an art exam. The one and only subject I wish I never chose.

This weekend was lovely. Me and Harry cleaned the whole house, we planted strawberry plants, took my sister on a walk on her trike and we went for an evening walk along the beach. It was bliss. I loved this Sunday because we did something productive. It may not seem productive but to us it was productive. The flowers were too pretty not to capture them! 

New blog name

Alas a new blog name has come about. My blog name is now my name, this is because I felt that "the Amelia Tainted" was a bit too young. It didn't give off the 'vibe' that I wanted. I know my name doesn't give off a vibe but it makes it sound more grown up. Also because the name Amelia was in it people may have got the idea that I was called Amelia. I didn't want any confusion. 

My blog is undergoing some changes and I'm trying to work harder to get it the way I want it. I would love to put in a navigation bar and some other changes but I'm going have to search up how. Please bare with me while I under go these changes but hopefully it'll end up looking a lot better.

Summer fashions

Hello lovelies. So this summer is coming up and I'm buying so many summer clothes now to stock up that my wardrobe is so full that I can't fit a single more item in any of the draws. So thinking about it I'm going to show you my lust list right now my 3 favourite items for this summer. I hope you enjoy it :) 

1) 

Clutch bags. Obviously this ones a Chanel but it's the most beautiful Chanel i ever did see. Clutches are all in this summer and I need to get myself one. My mum has a mulberry one she got for her birthday which I might steal if I'm going out. I think they're so lovely if you're going out for dinner. They're really classy if you find a good one too. 

2) 

Co-ords are my love, this one in particular. If anyone knows where I can find this please tell me I would be very greatful. I think the co-ords look super nice and this one looks casual and I haven't been able to find one that looks casual yet. So I'll have to keep looking. 

Update post on up and coming events.

Hello lovelies I know I haven't posted in a while and it's march now! How soon has that come around? Today I thought I'd do a little post on all things related to me. This post can be my little what's happening in my life in the up and coming weeks! I thought it would be interesting so that I can see myself what's up and coming too. So I hope you enjoy my little post. 😊

1) on the 4th and the 6th of march I have sixth form interviews and I'm bricking it. I know the sixth form I want to go to and if I don't get in ill be gutted. 

2) mine and Harry's 2 years and 2 months anniversary. We don't do big things on monthly anniversaries we only celebrate if it's a yearly one but we spend the 11th of every month with each other as a little tradition. 

3) 21st of march I'm going on a mini break for four days to a six bedroom mansion. My entire family Is going to Cornwall for my nans 60th birthday and it's going to be super fun. I can't wait to go because it will be a little break from my exam revisions. It's absolutely to die for this house; it includes a sauna, juccuzi, pool, games room, and it's just all round beautiful. It's directly on the beach and I'm looking forward to it. 

I know that I'm also going away in the summer holidays too which is another bonus. I really hope it's hot as well so I can spend most my time outside soaking up the sun and Ill get to wear nice clothes too!  I've brought a new beach towel, skirts, argon oil hair masks to make my hair super soft in hope that it's going to be hot. 5) my birthday. My 16th. Literally all I want to do is go out with Harry and maybe fall asleep watching netflix. My cousins throwing a big 16th party for hers so I'll be able to have celebrations at hers aha.

Even more Beauties!

Hello lovelies! I know I've already done a post today but that was a small one and 'informative' so I have been ill with the Flu and it literally sucks. I can't move there's nothing to do and all I want to do is wear my new shoes and go visit Harry. Now this post is on some absolute beauties!! I was scrolling through someone instagram feed when I saw this bomber jacket. Now she's absolutely gorgeous and she blogs too, but I saw this jacket and it was absolutely gorgeous. So I zoomed into the photo, found the jacket and brought it quicker that you could say 'bomber jacket'. Now I've never wore a bomber jacket before but I'm hoping it's going to be lovely.

The reason I'm looking for alternative inspirations is because I want to be a bit different from everyone else and not 'follow the crowds' because I seem to get something and then it become popular and that's not my thing. And it's perfectly okay not to want to wear the same thing as everyone else. People feel pressured on non uniform days because they won't be wearing the same fashions as everyone else and who's to say you have to be critiqued for not wanting to. Wear what you want and don't think anything of it. 

So back to this bomber jacket and I found it and it was also on sale - hallelujah!!! So my mum kindly brought it for me and she's a gem and my Wonder Woman and I love her loads (not just because of this). I would definitely pair this on top of a monochrome look - black jeans or leggings, simple top, slipper shoes or high white converses and silver jewellry.So it was on sale and without a doubt I'm going to show you;

Beauties

Hello lovelies, this is a little post on some beauties I have just ordered from asos and I thought I'd share with you! I found these absolute beauties on the asos website in the sale. I'm in love. Literally in love. Asos do free delivery and free returns. I saw someone on Instagram with these shoes and I thought I'd have a little hunt for them, I couldn't find them in the shoe bit so I gave up and started looking in the sale bit. And then by luck I saw them in brown but I really wanted the black so I carried on looking and found them! They were £50 but on sale for £25 which is my second new year resolution 2. To be savvy with my money. They're called the asos moulin and my mum paid the £5 so I only had to pay £20. Perfect bargain all around 😊

And then I found this ring on asos too. I don't know how much this was unfortunatly but it's super pretty. So I have these two ordered and should hopefully be here by next Friday as on Fridays we have dress down 😊 I absolutely love the green jewel in the middle and my mum brought it for me as a tiny treat

January wish list.

This is my January wish list. I've decided to take as one of my 'new years resolutions' (a bit late to tell you but) is to 

1) be more confident/ wear what I want with what I wear and 

2) be more savvy with my money. Therefore I'm trying to find things that are super nice but for the cheap. So I'm searching and searching for what I want and trying to find the things I want for less. This means I'm internet shopping. I don't usually shop online but I'm beginning to find that you can get more for your money. The only thing that bugs me is the paying for p&p. Any way I've made a new header and I really like it. So these are a few things that I want to help fulfil my New Years resolutions of being more confident and wearing what I like: 

This outfit is gorgeous. I'd wear it everyday if I could I really like the monochrome look and as I'm a very indecisive person if I stick to it I know that i won't regret it. These trousers are to die for and if you know where I can get them please tell me as I'd love a pair (image from tumblr). I also need a pair of boots. I'm thinking of ordering some Chelsea boots but I also want a pair with a smallish heel. I normally wear white converses as I find they just go with everything as I have a low pair and my lovely boyfriend brought me a high pair which I m saving for the summer. So I want to branch out and buy some more. 

I really want a smock dress. I think they're so pretty and casual and I'm loving this one from BooHoo. I'd love to pair it with tights, a floppy hat and a pair of Chelsea boots. As I'm starting sixth form next year I'm going to a Grammer which means I want to look good. Therefore I thought that this dress would be a good idea to show that I'm 'casually following the trends'. 

These are the boots I'm trying to get my mum to pay in for. I've wanted a pair of Chelsea boots for SO long and I had the chance to buy some at Christmas from topshop but I declined because I wasn't sure on them for £69. So I've looked around and for less than half the price I've found these beauties and I've decided that I'm willing to pay £25 for them. 

Now this is my ULTIMATE wish and Im going to hint to my mum that my birthday is 5 months away because you know it is a £229 bag. You've seen it in two of my below polyvore posts and I think it's so gorgeous. It's simple so it wouldn't go out of the classic range or out of style. I think it's so gorgeous and If you're a charity that likes to give expensive handbags to people for free could you send this one my way please?!

I would love my room to look like this and I'm going to give this to my mum so if she's out and see something exactly like the items on here she can (hopefully) pick it up for me. I want a apple computer so bad but I also want a MacBook Pro. When I'm older that is what I'm going to buy myself and live off my mum for those paychecks.that is what I'd like my desk to look like.  I love the white and pink simplicity of the bedroom and I think it's super pretty. So I'm going to see if I can achieve a similar look to this. And that bag is so pretty as well. 

Unrelated to fashion but is a big lust of mine. I've decided that my favourite food is pizza. Because pizza is gods gift and it looks so damn good. I'm really craving pizza express or a good dominos at the moment so bare with me while I dribble. 

This pandora ring is my favourite at the moment. It's £60 and I think it would look perfect as you would be able to wear it with any outfit, it wouldn't really go out of style and it would be a lovely thing to add to my jewellry box. 

Valentines day is coming up and wouldn't it be so bloody cute if these turn up at your door (only happens in movies kind of thing though for a 16 year old). Anyway Harry's taking my out to dinner and then I'm staying at his which is adorable. I'm really looking forward to it as me and Harry don't usually need huge gestures to show our love for eachother. It's wonderful if you do and that's lucky of you but our presents to eachother is usually a takeaway and movie night.

Summer Wardrobe

This is what I want to wear in the warmer months. So this is what I want to wear as my Summer Wardrobe. I don't own any of these photos I got them off my tumblr vintageimperfectbullshit.tumblr.com I've decided I'm really going to make an effort this year. I've started out by buying some really nice clothes and my favourite at the moment is zara. I'm also going on holiday to a villa in the south of France soon so I can't wait to start collecting things to wear this summer. 

This is the look I'm loving. I love the grey jumper and I can't find one exactly like this. I need some jeans like these so bad! 

I've ordered one of these skorts which is very cliche blogger but I really like them. I've very pale skin so I'm ordering a black one as if you don't have a tan the white can wash you out even more. I'm going to wear more skirts this year in the summer as I think they're so pretty but casual and dressy at the same time. 

I love this look a lot. The black shorts and the white shirt is my favourite thing at the moment. I'm desperately after a white shirt as I have a black one and it's killing me that I can't find one. 

These outfits are my favourite thing! If I had the confidence I would wear this out so bad. Shirts and everything but I want it. It's my biggest lust. 

Totally unrelatable but these are my favourite fruit and I eat like all of these in one. 

I need a new pair of shorts and these Levi's are gorgeous. I had a pair but stupidly gave them away. I went charity shopping and found some high waisted Levi's and joe browns men's jeans and I cut them up into shorts. I adore them.

This reminds me of sex and the city of something one of the girls would wear. Nobody around here wears things like this but I would so bad if I had the confidence. It's so girly and pretty that I just want to put it on and prance around New York with Carrie and the girls.

If I could I'd have these tiles across my bedroom and I love them. If you know where I can get them let me know! 

December favourites.

Hello lovelies, 

This is my December favourites. These will be random ones as I have quite a few favourites at the moment. I've got quite a few new things in December courtesy of Christmas and I've developed many favorites. I seem to find that my favourites change very quickly. It's due to the fact that I'm very indecisive. So I'm going to jump straight to it. If I don't have a photo for it, it means I have already posted about it or it's too hard to show you. Sorry for any inconvenience. 

1. Benefit high beam 

I mentioned this in my last post but as it's one of my favourites I'm going to put it into his one too. (See below for details) 

2. Cadbury wishes

I think these only come out at Christmas I'm not sure but they're so so nice. it's the shape of a star and half the star has truffles chocolate and the other half has bubble chocolate ( like aero). They were so nice. 

3. Tartan scarves. I love tartan scarves I need a new one because I brought a zara scarf and my mum stole it off me so I'm looking for a new one. I've also brought tartan leggings from topshop (see below post). I like the orginal red (like below), I like the green style too however I don't like the white or the brown tartans. But that's my preferable choice. (Not my photo) 

4. My favourite shop at the moment is Zara. I love their jumpers and tops, scarves, fragrances. Recently I brought a top which is done up by buttons and all the buttons come off. I know that's bad tailoring but I took it back and I'd forgotten the receipt but they sent it to their tailor to get it re-done. For free. Which was really good. I'm a fan of the classic style as I find it suits me better and zara is good for that. I'm probably going to be spending way too much of my money in there now. 

5. Macaroons. 

I'm in love with them. This is turning out to be mainly food orientated but M&S do 'vibrant' macaroons and they're so delicious. Or Guylian (I think that's how you spell it) Seashells are my favourite chocolates in the world so feel to buy me an unlimited ammount 

6. Budget Item:

I have really been liking the natural collection eyeshadows. If you're not someone who really wears eyeshadow then these are really neutral and natural and I've been really loving the one I stole from my mum! And for £1.99 they're my budget item! 

Sorry it's such a short post. I've got nothing to blog about recently because I haven't got a shopping buddy and the light when I get home means I can't take photos and it's killing me. I've gotten a lot better at taking photos that have been my own!
