Update; Life Post

This is me. I started this blog with full intention of doing outfit designs and taking pictures etc. But then the weather went shit and I realised I have no one to take pictures and to top it off I realised that I have no decent clothes. Therefore I went out and brought some black dungarees and have money to buy some nice things to go with it, I also found my dads vintage watch of which I shall blog as soon as they arrive from Miss Selfridges. 

However I thought I'd blog on my life as recently it's all been blog posts of beautiful lust lists from topshop :) i thought I'd tell you about some of the things going on in my life and therefore It might be a long post! I will show you pictures and tell you about what's going on. Right now I'm in amongst the last year of high school here in the uk and it's getting stupidly rediculous. Everyone's getting very agitated and wanting the year to come to an end but we have a long way to go. Also everyone in my school has decided that because it's that last year and you're more than likely not going to see/speak to eachother again they're going to tell you their opinion of you which isn't necessarily the best thing to do as we still have 8 months left of each other. Don't know if that happened to you? 

Recently a big topic is prom! I personally can't wait even if it is very far away. Nobody wants the same dress therefore I might buy mine now so it will be out of sale when other people go to buy it. I mostly want my dress to look like either two styles. Also that is how I want to be asked to prom. Especially because of my addiction to the strawberry and cream crémé blend.

Recently I've discovered what I want to do at university which means I want to go to a university in Cardiff which is quite a fair way away from where I live. Fortunately my good friend wants to go to. So we have decided to live off food from home bargains and spend all our money on clothes :)

Shore and Shope I think is their names and theyre twins and despite the name they live just out of London. They are both very pretty and i want every item from there wardrobe! It's so beautiful! 

I'm taking Art as one of my core gcse's and our topic is dreams and nightmares. Ill force my friend Ellie to blog about her Art work as hers is nightmares and she disfigures her face and uses latex to make it look like she has pieces of her body missing. Her blog is: ellieisanidiot.blogspot.com 

However I'm doing dreams and in the end my Art piece should look like the picture above. Which I think is very pretty. 

As our last year of high school my one major fear is getting to an old age and realising I've never done any of the things I set out to do. This means that I've decided to start doing the things that will get me where I need to do. My life isn't very planned out but I know what I want; go to college, go to university, get a job, travel everywhere and anywhere, party a hell of a lot, have a boyfriend and the rest will unfold. I can't wait until I can literally get up at 3am in the morning and drive down to mcdonalds in a car full of my friends then pig out, go sit on the swings in a park and waste the night until daylight. 

 

I know this is a really poor quality picture and there's no real reason why I'm showing you it but I wanted to show you as this is literally my dream house. It's so clean and lovely I just want to live in it in Spain or somewhere <3

In October I'm going to my aunts weddidng and I have no idea what to wear and I've left it so late. These are just a couple of dresses from topshop which I thought I'd share with you. I have found this beautiful website called the editors markets and it's like so beautiful. It's priced in SGD and it will need shipping if you live anywhere else. These are just a few of the items I adore on the website but there are so many more. 1st photo - the shirt // 2nd and 3rd photo - the light, floaty, silky playsuit is my number one favourite thing right now however were going into winter so it's a bit too late (however my ulternative is a black denim short dungarees which are perfect over a slight jumper - from miss selfridges will post an outfit blog) // 4th photo - the entire outfit. // 5th photo - the jumpsuit is so pretty // 6th photo - I love wearing things like this tops like that tucked into slightly baggy shorts are my comfort zone! 

Holiday blog post

This was a family holiday and most of the photos I took are of me and my family and because that's quite personal I'm not going to share them with you. I absolutely love my blogging but I find it so hard to have the time. This holiday I went to center parc's which is a adventure/activities huge resort. You have your own villa in the woods and you cycle everywhere as cars are not permitted. It's so beautiful and it's so fun to be so outdoorsy and get some fresh air. 

The resort is a sports resort meaning their is a whole bunch of activities to do like tree trekking or Ariel high wires up in the trees to archery and kneeboarding, water skiing and peddlo boats. It has it's own huge arena of sports so if you can think of a sport they will have a pitch or a table for it. The very posey photo is me because I didn't want this post to be so greenery and lifestyle. (Top is part of a dress which I will be blogging very soon!)

Morning beauties! I'm back from my holidays and therefore a blog post about my travel essentials and where I went will be up soon! It was very beauitiful but because it was a whole family holiday i wouldnt really like to share some of the pictures which also made blogging clothes really hard. However i will try my very best to get some pictures up for you.But for today I've just had a look an old J.Crew magazine and their front pages are my favourite fashion quotes ever! Dream house.

This is my idea of a perfect house. (These photos are either from Tumblr or the Ikea website).

I've done a post before on how I want to live when I'm older but not about how I want my house to be like. I've always pictured myself to live in a home with a lot of character but have a really modern inside. I like the idea of living with house mates and I want to live with Millie Jones from millieslittleworld.blogspot.co.uk   We both agreed to use a spare room as one giant wardrobe and buy all the clothes we wanted and live off food from home bargains to pay for clothes :') She also wants a ginger cat called benedict which I'm not too keen on!

 

I have a huge fear of growing old and not having done anything with my life. I want to make sure I take every opportunity I have the chance to. Where I live should be a place you go to die. There is no economy or a chance to build a career. It's a beautiful place and many people would love to live here but it's not for the young and inventive. Its got no nightlife or buzz. I want to go to Cardiff university or somewhere that's in amongst it all. I want to experience so much and that's why my bucket list goes on forever. But more than anything I want to be able to look back on my life and remember some crazy time I went rock jumping or went to the festival of the dead in Mexico, from partying hard at Glastonbury festival to spending weeks of relaxation in Greece with my boyfriend. 

I want my house to be a home and somewhere that's beautiful and everyone envy's. It would be modern but with my own twist of vintage chic. I don't want anything that looks cheap. If it was cheap but doesn't look it then its a bargain other wise in my eyes it's a waste of money on something tacky. I like the idea of my room being black and white like on the fist picture and I've always wanted white bedding with pretty flowery throws. I imagine it to be clean although I will probably have clothes everywhere. I want to be able to make it my home and be able to be proud of it. I'm torn between wanting a house and wanting an apartment. I love the idea of having a house somewhere with a big garden and making it look fantastic but I imagine that it's more likely that I will have a house when I'm ready to settle down. I reckon I will have an apartment first based on the fact I want to focus on my career more. Meaning I won't have time to be able to look after the garden or walk a dog. I want my life to be full if being busy and enjoying everything I do. 

I want my own laundry room and if your reading from America you'll more than likely have them, but we don't have laundry rooms. Also in America you have washing machines and tumble dryers that are super cool and I'd like ones like that. (If you've ever seen The Big Bang Theory, when they do their washing -it's those laundry machines). My other wishes are an en-suite and a walk-in-wardrobe. And if not a walk in wardrobe ill use a spare room as my dressing room/wardrobe. 

The reason I'm thinking about this is because it's not that far away along my journey and I have to make sure my future has been thought about. Even every aspect such as my house. It's come to the point where we are realising what we need to achieve otherwise we will be monumentally fecked. To the point of we argue with our teacher if they don't do what's right for our education and cause havoc in our classrooms until we are able to talk to someone higher that will sort it out. I'm realising that my life is going to start in less than 9 months time when I leave school. Therefore nows the time time I'm going to have to start plucking up courage from somewhere to be able to achieve these things.

Lust List

These outfits are all a few of my favourite from the topshop range. Topshop is my favourite place on earth and I could spend an incredible amount of money in there. It's so common that everyone knows what it is but usually it's only for the people who have a high interest in fashion. 

The suit is absolutely gorgeous and at the moment I really want model number 4's biker jacket with fur (£50) along with model number 5's black Joni jeans (£36). I'm sorry it's a really short post right now but I'm going on holiday tomorrow so I will post pictures of that when I get back!
